Affiliate Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Affiliate") and AfBooster ("Company"). By registering as an affiliate and using the AfBooster platform, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement governs your participation in the AfBooster affiliate program and supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Enrollment and Approval

To participate in the affiliate program, you must complete the registration process and be approved by AfBooster. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Approval of your account does not guarantee approval for specific offers. Each offer may have its own requirements and approval process. You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to: (a) promote offers only through approved traffic sources and methods as specified for each offer; (b) comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and FTC guidelines; (c) clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law; (d) not make false or misleading claims about any product or service; (e) not use any method that may damage the reputation of AfBooster or its advertisers; (f) maintain the confidentiality of your tracking links and account information.

4. Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination: (a) generating fraudulent clicks or conversions through bots, scripts, or automated means; (b) cookie stuffing or forced clicks; (c) incentivized traffic unless explicitly allowed by the offer; (d) trademark bidding or brand bidding on search engines without prior written permission; (e) sending unsolicited emails (spam); (f) using misleading redirect techniques; (g) promoting offers in a manner that violates the offer's specific terms; (h) using adult or illegal content to promote mainstream offers.

5. Commission Structure

Commission rates are set on a per-offer basis and are displayed on the offer details page. AfBooster tracks all clicks and conversions through its platform. Only valid, non-fraudulent conversions that meet the offer's requirements will be eligible for commission. AfBooster reserves the right to adjust or reverse commissions for invalid or fraudulent activity. Commission rates may be changed with 7 days prior notice to the affiliate.

6. Payment

Payments are processed on a weekly basis, every Friday, for commissions that have been validated. The minimum payout threshold is $200. Available payment methods include PayPal, Wise, and Wire Transfer. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any taxes or fees associated with your earnings. 7. Tracking and Reporting

AfBooster provides real-time tracking and reporting tools through the platform dashboard. While we strive for accuracy, minor discrepancies may occur between our tracking and third-party systems. AfBooster's tracking data shall be the definitive record for determining commissions. Affiliates should regularly monitor their statistics and report any discrepancies within 30 days.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of this Agreement. This includes but is not limited to: commission rates, conversion data, advertiser information, traffic sources, and business strategies. You may not disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent. This obligation survives the termination of this Agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. AfBooster may terminate your account immediately for violation of this Agreement or our Terms of Service. Upon termination: (a) you must immediately cease all promotional activities; (b) all pending commissions for valid conversions will be paid according to the regular payment schedule; (c) commissions associated with fraudulent or invalid activity will be forfeited; (d) you must remove all AfBooster tracking links and promotional materials.

10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

AfBooster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AfBooster, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your promotional activities, violation of this Agreement, or violation of any third-party rights. This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws, and any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
