• Self-referrals or fraudulent conversions
• Spam or unsolicited email marketing
• Use of misleading or deceptive advertising
• Violation of advertiser terms and conditions
• Use of unauthorized promotional methods
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Manipulation of tracking systems or data

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

• All tracking links become inactive
• Outstanding commissions will be paid according to schedule
• Access to affiliate dashboard will be revoked
• Marketing materials must be removed
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
