Payment Terms

1. Payment Schedule

Payments are processed on a weekly basis, every Friday. The payment covers all validated commissions from the preceding period. If a Friday falls on a public holiday, payments will be processed on the next business day. New affiliates may be subject to an initial holding period of up to 14 days for their first payment to allow for conversion validation.

2. Minimum Payout Threshold

The minimum payout threshold is $200 USD. If your earned commissions do not meet the minimum threshold by the payment date, the balance will carry over to the next payment period. There is no expiration on accumulated commissions as long as your account remains active and in good standing.

3. Payment Methods

We currently support the following payment methods:

• PayPal: Funds are sent to your registered PayPal email address. Payments are typically received within 24 hours. PayPal's own fees may apply.
• Wise (formerly TransferWise): A cost-effective option for international transfers with competitive exchange rates. Payments are typically received within 1-2 business days.
• Wire Transfer: Direct bank-to-bank transfer. Please ensure your banking details (IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, bank name, account holder name) are accurate. Wire transfers may take 2-5 business days and may incur intermediary bank fees.

You may change your preferred payment method at any time through your profile settings. Changes must be made at least 3 business days before the next payment date to take effect.

4. Currency

All commissions are tracked and paid in US Dollars (USD). If your payment method requires conversion to a local currency, the exchange rate applied will be determined by the payment provider (PayPal, Wise, or your bank) at the time of processing. AfBooster is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5. Commission Validation

All conversions go through a validation process before commissions are approved for payment. This process ensures that conversions are legitimate and comply with the offer's terms. Validation may take up to 7 days from the date of conversion. Conversions that are deemed fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of offer terms will be rejected and will not be eligible for payment.

6. Chargebacks and Reversals

AfBooster reserves the right to deduct or reverse commissions in the following cases: (a) the advertiser reports chargebacks or refunds; (b) conversions are found to be fraudulent after payment; (c) the advertiser disputes the quality of traffic or leads. In such cases, the deducted amount will be reflected in your next payment statement. Repeated chargebacks may result in account review or suspension.

7. Tax Obligations

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on their earnings. AfBooster does not withhold taxes on affiliate payments unless required by law. You may be required to provide tax identification information (such as a W-9 for US-based affiliates) before receiving payments. Consult with a tax professional regarding your obligations in your jurisdiction.

8. Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an error in your payment, you must notify us within 30 days of the payment date by contacting support@afbooster.com. Please include your account details, the payment in question, and a description of the discrepancy. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 14 business days. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be eligible for resolution.

9. Account Termination and Final Payment

Upon account termination, any validated and approved commissions meeting the minimum payout threshold will be paid on the next regular payment date. Commissions below the minimum threshold at the time of termination will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed. If the account was terminated due to fraud or policy violations, all pending commissions may be withheld.

10. Changes to Payment Terms

AfBooster reserves the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days advance notice of any material changes, including changes to the minimum payout threshold, payment schedule, or available payment methods. Continued participation in the affiliate program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Payment Terms.
