Payment Terms

1. Payout Requests and Processing Period

Affiliates initiate payments from the Payouts workspace. A request may cover up to 100% of the confirmed and payable USD balance shown at submission. The requested amount is reserved immediately and cannot be included in another request. AFBooster may take up to 30 calendar days from submission to complete the payout. A payout may be completed in one or more partial payments, while any unpaid remainder stays associated with the original request.

2. Payable Balance

Only validated and approved USD commissions that have not already been paid or reserved are included in the payable balance. Pending, rejected, disputed, duplicated or reversed conversions are excluded. The system revalidates the available balance when a request is submitted.

3. Payment Methods

We currently support the following payment methods:

• PayPal: Funds are sent to your registered PayPal email address. Payments are typically received within 24 hours. PayPal's own fees may apply.
• Wise (formerly TransferWise): A cost-effective option for international transfers with competitive exchange rates. Payments are typically received within 1-2 business days.
• Wire Transfer: Direct bank-to-bank transfer. Please ensure your banking details (IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, bank name, account holder name) are accurate. Wire transfers may take 2-5 business days and may incur intermediary bank fees.

A valid payment method must be configured in the affiliate profile before a request can be submitted. The request records the payment details available at submission. Later profile changes do not silently alter an active request; contact support if the destination must be changed.

4. Currency

All commissions and payout requests are recorded in US Dollars (USD). Settlement in USD has a 0% AfBooster conversion fee. If the affiliate requests settlement in another currency, AFBooster applies a 3% conversion fee using the exchange rate in effect on the payment date. The payment record shows the USD amount applied, settlement currency, exchange rate, conversion fee and net amount. Banks and payment providers may charge separate fees.

5. Commission Validation

All conversions go through a validation process before commissions are approved for payment. This process ensures that conversions are legitimate and comply with the offer's terms. Validation may take up to 7 days from the date of conversion. Conversions that are deemed fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of offer terms will be rejected and will not be eligible for payment.

6. Chargebacks and Reversals

AFBooster reserves the right to deduct or reverse commissions in the following cases: (a) the advertiser reports chargebacks or refunds; (b) conversions are found to be fraudulent after payment; (c) the advertiser disputes the quality of traffic or leads. In such cases, the deducted amount will be reflected in your next payment statement. Repeated chargebacks may result in account review or suspension.

7. Tax Obligations

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on their earnings. AFBooster does not withhold taxes on affiliate payments unless required by law. You may be required to provide tax identification information (such as a W-9 for US-based affiliates) before receiving payments. Consult with a tax professional regarding your obligations in your jurisdiction.

8. Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an error in your payment, you must notify us within 30 days of the payment date by contacting support@afbooster.com. Please include your account details, the payment in question, and a description of the discrepancy. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 14 business days. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be eligible for resolution.

9. Account Termination and Final Payment

Upon account termination, validated and approved commissions remain subject to final reconciliation. If the account was terminated due to fraud, chargebacks or policy violations, pending commissions may be withheld or adjusted as permitted by the affiliate agreement and applicable law.

10. Changes to Payment Terms

AFBooster reserves the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days advance notice of any material changes, including changes to the minimum payout threshold, payment schedule, or available payment methods. Continued participation in the affiliate program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Payment Terms.
