AFbooster is an affiliate marketing platform that connects affiliates with advertisers. Our program provides tracking, reporting, and payment services to facilitate affiliate marketing relationships.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use only approved marketing materials and links
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain confidentiality of program information

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Spam or unsolicited email marketing
• Use of misleading or deceptive advertising
• Self-referrals or fraudulent clicks
• Violation of advertiser terms and conditions
• Use of unauthorized promotional methods
• Infringement of intellectual property rights

5. Commission and Payments

• Commissions are calculated based on valid conversions
• Minimum payout threshold is $50
• Payments are made weekly via approved methods
• Commissions may be withheld for policy violations
• Chargebacks may result in commission reversals

6. Tracking and Reporting

We provide tracking technology to monitor affiliate performance. All tracking data is proprietary and confidential. Affiliates may not attempt to manipulate or interfere with tracking systems.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all tracking links become inactive and outstanding commissions will be paid according to our payment schedule.

8. Limitation of Liability

AFbooster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
