By accessing or using the AfBooster platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and affiliates who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AfBooster is an affiliate marketing platform that connects advertisers with affiliates. The Service provides tools for tracking clicks, conversions, and managing affiliate campaigns. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Affiliate Obligations

As an affiliate, you agree to promote offers only through approved traffic sources and methods. You shall not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices including but not limited to: cookie stuffing, click fraud, incentivized traffic (unless explicitly allowed), trademark bidding, or any form of bot traffic. Violation of these obligations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AfBooster and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Commissions are calculated based on valid conversions as tracked by the platform. Payment schedules, minimum thresholds, and available payment methods are outlined in our Payment Terms. AfBooster reserves the right to withhold or reverse payments for any conversions deemed fraudulent or in violation of these Terms or the specific offer requirements.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (e) impersonate any person or entity; (f) transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code; (g) scrape, data-mine, or collect data from the Service without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfBooster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions paid to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for changes.
